That means a DPDT switch described as (ON)-OFF-ON would make a momentary connection when pushed in the first direction and a maintained connection when pushed the other way. When put in the middle, the switch will disconnect. Similarly, ‘NONE’ means that the position is skipped/omitted/not used.
