Casting mark: ATHOL MFG CO — ATHOL MASS — MADE IN USA. That puts it roughly in the 1915–1940s production window. If it had “Starrett” cast in addition, it would be later. Yours is closer to pre- or early-Starrett era, which is more desirable to collectors.
